No credit for "Play like the pros" mission - champion played wasn't on list but should be

Jarvan 4 was played in game 1 of IG vs G2 by Ning. https://www.lolesports.com/en_US/worlds/world_championship_2018/matches/elimination/r2m2

He's not on the list for some reason though: https://na.leagueoflegends.com/en/news/esports/esports-event/play-like-the-pros-mission-eligible-champions

And thus, when I played him I wasn't given credit for the mission...

He WAS played (see first link) so why isn't he eligible?
