So I was just watching a Bricky video, and i have some questions for MF (BULLET TIME BUG)

Im pretty sure I linked it at the right time, and a few seconds in he zooms in so you can see clearly. But he dies to what appears to be an MF ult, but halfway in the bullets stop and he keeps taking damage.
