Statikk Shiv activates on Ekko's E and Garen's Q without the attack

If you purchase Shiv on Garen or Ekko, once the attack is energized it will fire off if you ready your Q/E and walk near any enemy unit. The attack animation does not have to play. You simply need to be near any target.
