Game Loading crash bug still exists

It won't let you connect no matter what. Says can't connect to server when I am perfectly fine on client and play league all the time. Once in awhile this happens it's pretty dumb.

No idea how to recreate it.

I am in Japan though so I suspect one of your servers is probably blocking out my region. Dunno anything about that tho.
