Bug With Pinging Spawn Timers On The Scoreboard

Normally to ping a Buff, Baron or Rift timers I would just hold Tab and ping the timers. But lately it hasnt been working. it just pings the map and confuses my team. The only way I can ping those timers is to press O to open the scoreboard, hold ALT and ping the timer and then press O again to close the scoreboard.

I dont see anywhere in the settings to change it so I dont believe I did anything....how can I fix this?
