ARAM doubles champ probability

I can only back this up with my experience the last few weeks, but it seems that if a champion is included in the free ARAM rotation (that is, they were in the normal free rotation the last 3 weeks), then they're mistakenly included twice in the pool if you also own them.

It's really annoying having to reroll Ivern every other game.
