[GAMEPLAY] Pinging someone's items doesn't show who is pinging them.

This means someone can spam ping your items and you won't know who's doing it, so you don't know who's pings to mute.

(There's also a possibility that item pings aren't being muted - but I haven't explicitly tested this. There may have been 2 people pinging my items for all I know.)
