Ekko Q visual / audio effect not playing on return trip.

Okay, so! When you throw Ekko's Q, it makes all kinds of sounds and has spell effects. When it returns, it's supposed to do the same things, although it doesn't work properly right now.

If you throw your Q, it will make sound and have visual effects going outwards, but when it flies back to Ekko, all visual and sound effects are gone. If you hit something RIGHT as the bomb collapses (as it starts to come back), it will make a sound and have effects, but anything else on the return trip will not have effects of any kind (though it still does damage). If you hit nothing with the bomb, the return trip to Ekko will still have no visual/sound effects.

Not anything gamebreaking, but it is kind of jarring and annoying.
