My Dragon Trainer Trist skin has been lock

I bought the skin a few days ago and was able to use it but yesterday it said it was unavailable and today it say i have to re buy it. is anyone else having this issue i sent a ticket to riot. with a screen shot of my purchase history. i be made if they tell me i have to re buy it....
