[9.24] Eyeball collection only giving 1 stack for an assist.

As you can see from the patch notes, ever since patch 9.7 (when they buffed zombie ward and ghost poro to give the same stats as eyeball) the rune is supposed to stack off 10 assists (10 "takedowns")

The rune has reverted to a previous state for some reason. It now takes 20 assists to stack the rune (when it should only take 10)
