[GAMEPLAY] Please fix Twitch R. It should not be able to miss at close range.
I just played a game where I was shooting someone in melee range (they weren't even moving) and all my shots were shooting beside them and doing zero damage because they missed.
I understand it's a "skillshot" but.... It really shouldn't miss at such close range. Especially if they're not actively trying to dodge it. There's no reason Twitch should "aim" in the wrong direction and miss.
