Fiora vital visual bug still here

Now i may not have an image, but considering this has occurred since the reworks release and still does, is ridiculous basically it is where Fiora has images of 2 vitals pop up on the same target, but only one is a vital and the other is a visual bug known triggers: -randomly whenever a vital disappears -leveling up when a vital dissappears/appears -ulting when a vital disappears/appears

known fixes: -slay the target

this is very annoying because it is hard to tell which is the real one and the fake one
