Dodge Timer When I Didn't Even Get a Chance to Lock In!

What the hell? I'm sitting in champion select waiting for my turn to pick a champ. Timer reaches 0 on the enemy team and I think that someone dodged. I wait and wait and wait and wait and then the lobby closes and I am told I am the one who left.

So on top of losing LP, I get smacked with a dodge timer!

Same for me. This is one stupid bug. Thankfully it's only been normal games. But it's happened so often that I'm sitting here with a dodge timer, right now.
