There are game-wide "lag" issues currently that arent being adressed

Surpised to not see the boards blowing up right now, or at least a message from riot.

I keep ending summoners rift games after chat's that go as such:

Im lagging!!! Me TOOOO Woah Wtf happened? Youre whole team lagging? Is it happening to you guys too? LOLOLOLOL!!!!! Im Reporting Riot after game!!!! I CANT MOVE MY CHAMP!!! WTFWTFWTF!!! etc etc etc

The lag is game wide, it doesnt show in ping, it tends to happen around to 20-30 minute mark, only in SR.

Ive noticed 3 or 4 posts since it started happening last night but nothing that built any steam. Just trying to bring this to the attention of riot as it is severely gamebreaking.
