[CLIENT] Why do I lose access to the "new player" home screen by day 3?

The only way to check to see when my next "daily play" reward is off cooldown and can be earned is through this special home screen. But by day 3 I just noticed that I no longer have access to it (I don't know if it's because I leveled up to fast or what). Since there's no other way to obtain information on these rewards, you should really leave access to this special home screen for the full 7 days.

To further justify this point: I actually had to level up a couple accounts before I even noticed this home screen was "special" and decided to explore it. Probably because it goes away so fast. I couldn't find information about these "daily play" things anywhere and never thought to look at the home screen. So this is like my 2nd or 3rd recent account (not cuz I'm banned, but cuz I was bored and exp boosts were on sale), and I just now found this documentation (in the home screen):
