Update for client has broken client

Was hit with a "LoL client needs to restart for an important update" message, which automatically restarts the client to start the download. The only issue is that the download is bugged and my client is currently frozen on this

I have tried restarting my computer and I have tried closing and reopening the program.

EDIT: running it as administrator fixed the issue.
