[GAMEPLAY] Morgana W does not pop banshee veil

Neither does Anivia ult, Singed poison, Amumu W, Mundo W, Rumble Q or ult, Morde W (blocks second active but not DoT), Swain Q, Cass W, Fiddlesticks ult, Kat ult, Nasus ult, Renekton ult, MF e, Rammus ult, and more that I may have missed.

Not a bug. AoE DoT abilities cannot pop spellshields.

well then i move yo change the explanation of the item because it says ability and morg w is an ability not just a DoT

because Banshee's Veil is used to block abilities that deal CC
