theorically this is what is supposed to happen, as like any knock back (like lee ult) should do this
yet i can't do it with janna, and i can't do it in training mode
went to check her nerf/buff history and didn't find anything
if it's not a bug i would love to be enlightened

Luxana Crowngard1 votesSo in order for a champion to be shot over the wall, It gets determind by the type of Wall that is they are being shot over. Like the wall down bot side, you have to position the ult just right in order to get the knock over, Like just outside the Bush should work.

Luxana Crowngard1 votesI can't really say that it's guarenteed, but it'll just take practice that's all. If you're trying it on a Dummy in Practice tool, I dunno if those actually get displaced.

the reason i went to training mode is because in a normal game it happened to me against real champions
