[GAMEPLAY] Taunt Bug for Shen

I noticed when i taunt people on Shen sometimes they wonder off instead of targeting me. This has happened a few times.. not every time.. but its often enough to bother me.

I have noticed this as well, I main Shen right now and when you ult in and hit your taunt but your ally dies anyways because the taunt doesn't apply then what good are you? I know I have hit the enemy because they have the taunt animation.

Mine was different, they just like walked the opposite direction of me and then stood still for the duration. This was a long time ago, haven't seen it in awhile though.
