[GAMEPLAY] Taunt Bug for Shen

I noticed when i taunt people on Shen sometimes they wonder off instead of targeting me. This has happened a few times.. not every time.. but its often enough to bother me.

I have noticed this as well, I main Shen right now and when you ult in and hit your taunt but your ally dies anyways because the taunt doesn't apply then what good are you? I know I have hit the enemy because they have the taunt animation.

This bug just cost me a ranked game. item 3070
