As an extension of the crashing bug: League if forced to front, blocking task manager

Several times now as an extension of the crash, I have been unable to kill the League of Legends process because for some reason the game is set to forcefully be on top. When the crash occurs, at least in my scenario, I am forced to power off my pc, as esc, alt f4, task manager all don’t work, and you are unable to shut down the computer as league will not allow you to pull up start menu.

League of Legends shouldn’t incessantly put its window to the top, whether intended or unintended. It makes recovering from a crash even more impossible.
