HUD Disappearing at the start of every match

SInce 6.8 My HUD is extremely buggy. It is all 100% invisible when i get into a game, and i have to wiggle my mouse over where the bars should be to get it to pop up. THis includes ability Icons, Items, experience bar, portrait, basic stats, even the art bar behind the abilities. It isnt really effecting my playstyle, but its getting annoying. I have ran the repair tool and it did the whole "Calculating differences" thing, but the issue persists. I can get a video if this isnt a clear post.
