my masteries arent working?

Seems like after selecting my masteries/runes and loading into the game, that i have no keystone mastery, and people keep telling me i have no masteries... play the next game and select my masteries as normal and i am told yet again that i have no masteries... really confused as to whats goin on here.

The same thing is currently happening to me: it shows me an error message 'An unexpected error has occurred'. Riot please help I need my biscuits.
