[GAMEPLAY] Ruthless Predator and Rolling Thunder apply their CC while caster is blinded

I'm not sure if this is not intentional, but 5.22 changes would suggest that those abilities should be negated if trigerring Attack fails. Especially Renekton's stun seem bugged, because I'm positive Pantheon can Block It and It was listes in patch notes.

Rolling Thunder was not listed, but I can't seem to find reason why would It work differently than other empowered attacks.
