[Nexus Blitz] Ahri Q doesn't damage Loot Teemo

Title. Cast multiple times, my Q didn't do any damage to loot Teemo, nor did it trigger any gold stacks.

Bad enough that Charm doesn't CC it (like not CC'ing scuttle in scuttle racing). So 2/4 of Ahri's abilities don't work for events :|
