Title. Cast multiple times, my Q didn't do any damage to loot Teemo, nor did it trigger any gold stacks.
Bad enough that Charm doesn't CC it (like not CC'ing scuttle in scuttle racing). So 2/4 of Ahri's abilities don't work for events :|

Correct. Same with Loot Veigar (just had it happen today).
Q clearly goes through on both hits, and deals 0 damage. Have done with no allies around and his health literally stays constant. Also doesn't trigger any gold-on-hit (like how W grants 22 gold per fire, same with auto attacks).
Charm does damage but doesn't cc him. Q doesn't do anything.
