[BUG] Rengar empower W Not activating

I was in a top lane match up Rengar vs Riven, got first blood lvl 1, then in a trade at lvl 3 i had full stacks of ferocity and i was running away smashing my W key and it wouldnt go off. Wasn't even CC'd it just wouldnt activate.
