Critical Bug: Grievous Wounds & Zilean's R, Chronoshift

Grievous Wounds persists through death during Chronoshift. That's pretty critical if you ask me. It's not hard to repro either. Just ignite or buy Morellonomicon , and you'll revive with half the health intended. I'm pretty sure this is not intended, and if it is, that is a VERY harsh nerf that wasn't noted in any patch notes.
