Guinsoo's Rage not applying Azir's soldiers

Title.

Edit: To be clearer, I'm not saying that the bug is that Azir's soldiers don't apply the extra 15 on-hit damage. That's intended, as the soldiers do not apply on-hit or on-attack effects due to the fact that the soldiers are an on-attack effect themselves.

The bug is that when Gruinsoo's Rage is active, Azir's soldiers only attack once every other attack. Previously, on Sated Devourer, they specifically attacked twice because the soldiers themselves are an on-hit effect.

Back when the effect was on Sated Devourer it worked, and they even talked about it and said it was intended, merely changing the animation when he bought it rather than removing the possibility.

So his inability to apply the effect is a bug, or they forgot to include it in the patch notes when they swapped the Sated effect onto Guinsoo's Rage.

The phantom proc is on hit. Guinsoos is on attack.

They allowed it before when the Phantom hit was on Sated Devourer. It's just that they never put in on for the use of rageblade.

Did you even read his post because he talked about what I just said.

Azir's solders do not apply either on-hit or on-attack effects. And Guinsoo's in its entirety is on-attack, with no effect from abilities that trigger on-hit effects.

The reason it worked and should still work to make Azir's soldiers attack twice is because the soldiers themselves are an on-hit effect, which is exactly why they can't apply other such effects. And this is how it worked previously.

They actually added it in to after some time so he could use sated devourer like this. I just don't know why they didn't add it too rageblade when they gave it the phantom hit. Would have been cool to keep it but they might have forgotten about it.
