rek'sai tunnel bug

i just got of a game where i was , and while i was in base... i was casting a tunnel and i died http://i.imgur.com/Anh6qwt.gifv

when i respawned i saw there was only 1 half of the tunnel

and when i clicked on it it made me burrow (lke him going into it) but i didn't move) and if i tried to move it would show the unburrow animation and unburrow me from that one entrance.
