Ahri Q is Super Bugged

There are currently 2 bugs on Ahri's orb of deception. The first has been going on for months. The second one I just noticed today and might be the result of the latest patch.

Bug 1: Orb of deception will sometimes (maybe 2-5% of the time) not deal damage during the return, even though it clearly hits the target. This will happen on random targets, so it might hit 1 target during the return but not hit another.

Bug 2: Cannot cast orb of deception after other spells when cast close together. The spells seem to be too much to process and orb simply does not cast. It takes about 1-2 seconds before you are finally able to cast it. I have not been able to recreate this consistently but it happens quite frequently. Trying to ult in and use your full combo will usually result in Q getting stuck. Even if it does not get stuck, it gets delayed in its cast time. (Note that this is a NEW problem, just uncovered today. I main Ahri and I know how her spells work).If you play an Ahri game you will surely have it happen. In fact I urge you to test this for yourself in a custom game. Try to use your spells (including ult) rapidly as if to try to burst someone, and use q last. You will encounter this problem after 2-3 attempts.
