Cause legit league is the only game where this shit happen as my mouse freeze in place and glitch around for few moments then back to normal or even the whole fps drop down.
And i play tons of other games including warframe and i never got this weird shit ever.

That's cuz the majority of the player base are casual players who don't browse the boards and don't really look into balance and technical issues they just play the game and pay money

iI didn't even touch the mouse settings at all, it just weird all of sudden you can't just move mouse and it freeze noticing that small 15 fps locked up at the corner of your screens, sucks
