Cause legit league is the only game where this shit happen as my mouse freeze in place and glitch around for few moments then back to normal or even the whole fps drop down.
And i play tons of other games including warframe and i never got this weird shit ever.

Check the reddit post where someone has listed all the issues that riot hasn't fixed yet and hasn't even responded to them yet. I remember back in the day riot would instantly disable ranked until they fixed the problem. But now they're jsut ignoring it
I'm suspecting Tencent is giving us spyware at this point because they haven't fixed it.
Yup. Try upping your mouse sensitivity by 15. Tell me if that changes it.
Mouse got locks on it due to the alt problems I think >_>
Same shit here with fps droping every minute from 0-10 its so annoying
