Janna Q not going off sometimes
I have Q on smartcast w/range indicator. Sometimes the first cast isn't going off lately and I've heard others say the same thing.

I can confirm this is still happening as of 10/28. I thought something felt weird with casts not going off sometimes and sure enough, here's a post with someone experiencing the same problem. For what it's worth I'm using the Forecast Janna skin. My friend said he hasn't had any problems, but he's not using the Forecast skin.
Can confirm with vanilla skin all smart casts
