[GAMEPLAY] Evelynn's skills going on cooldown for way too long. (Q was on CD for over 5 seconds)
I don't know how to replicate this, but I ganked bottom lane, blew all my skills, and then chased Braum spamming Q and nothing was happening.... I looked down at my skills and my Q was on a 5 second cooldown. Evelynn's Q has a cooldown of like 1.2 seconds. I don't know if the Braum ult did it, or if I did it to myself by casting Q and E at the same time or what, but it's pretty fucking broken (imagine if this happened in the LCS?).
