2 Eve bugs I havent seen reported, multiple occurences.

I've been playing a lot of eve, and I've noticed a major bug thats gotten me killed/trapped in a few games. I'm unsure if its known or not. Her E causes her to jump to a target over a short distance, when used from stealth, It's gotten eve's character model STUCK IN the enemy she's gone against. I have 3 cases of video proof I can get, but its really as simple as it sounds. You go into stealth, and E to an enemy, and every 1/50 times about, it seems to get me stuck. This has happened against

1. mordekaiser top lane.
2. Chogath by his red buff (North side of the map in the bush by the jumper plant)
3. Scuttles on top side river. just outside baron pit.

I also just ran into another bug where the enemy is able to see me as I enter fog of war. A Wukong I was playing against last game said that every time I entered the fog of war (while stealthed) I would pop up briefly. I know there is a similar bug related to ekko for a few patches now where he pops up at his last seen position on the mini map. This one is more rare, but it was obviously not intended. This also did not transfer to video. When I rewatched the game I couldn't recreate it.
