Tahm W damaging through Remove Scurvy

Gangplank's W has always been able to cleanse Tahm's W. I haven't noticed this before since Tahm is intended to be a support and so is rarely seen top, but despite being cleansed, his W still deals its damage as if it had been allowed the full duration.
