[GAMEPLAY] Master Yi losing aggro on target after Q

This does not happen 100% of the time. It seems to only happen when you are snared or displaced (presumably hard CC as well) after coming out of Q. You will not attack anything. No CC/displacement/etc? You will acquire your Q target and attack them automatically.

Ideally pressing Q should make the target you pressed Q on your primary target 100% of the time (unless you right-click something else during the Q animation). If you are snared you should still attack them. If you are displaced or they flash, you should chase them.

EDIT 1: A reply/reproduction from Reddit. Apparently it can happen without CC, randomly.

amidyi 1 point 26 minutes ago You don't have to get CC'd for it to happen. I made a custom game vs Soraka bot and on my third alpha strike I stood there doing nothing. It seems pretty random and it happens 1-3 times per game.

EDIT 2:

EDIT: I THINK I KNOW WHAT THIS IS. It's not just a "Yi bug." It's the bug where you randomly won't autoattack monsters/minions/CHAMPIONS after casting a skill, and I have noticed it a lot on Eve (Pressing Q -> E on monsters, and NOT attacking them, despite right clicking them). If it happens, you need to PHYSICALLY MOVE and then right click them again. If you do not move your champion, it does not matter how much you right click, nothing will happen. I noticed this in a REALLY LONG (80~ min) Master Yi game, where I was definitely right clicking and/or A-clicking after my Q, and still not attacking them, and it clicked - I knew what this was. It's actually happening a LOT with Yi right now which is a HUGE problem, since A-clicking and right-clicking won't do anything. This bug has been happening for almost 2 years at least (on all champions). My GUESS is that it's a bug with melee attack range, where you don't think something is in range to autoattack when it really is, but considering Riot's spaghetti code that's probably way off.

I think I fixed the bug report and figured out how to reproduce it.
