I can't access any of my items sets in-game.

I still have a bunch of item sets that I spent a lot of time working on, and now whenever I get in a game, there's no drop-down list for me to access them. I do attach each item set to a particular champion. Am I missing something here? Did it move somewhere else?

I figured that I had to erase all of the old items like Spirit items and whatnot, but seemingly this hasn't changed for the better. I still can't access them.
