Illaoi bugfix bugged her more

As of this patch instead of grounding and rooting disabling the jump version of W Illaoi cannot cast W at all. This is creating some seriously unreasonable matchups against champions who were already rough to deal with, and this is not how the supposed bugfix was described. It's also inconsistent with other attacks with similar properties; Rengar can still use autos while immobilized and grounded and Talon can still use his melee Q.
