Tahm Kench's Ultimate and one small W problem

This has been going on for a while now, as I play a lot of Tahm Kench.

When I use his ultimate and it's on cooldown, it still shows the green circle indicating my ult is up to my team mates. This caused them to go in and die because they thought I had ult up to come and back them up. I literally have to keep pinging my ultimate's cooldown timer for them to know and it's kind of obnoxious.

Also, when Lux ults and I eat my ADC, her ult still goes through even though my adc is in my stomach. I've tested it out several times. This shouldn't happen.
