leaving que bug

so i wanted to try out ekko in a bot game before taking him vs players. you know any EVERY player should try out a champ they havent played b4 in a bot game first. and obviously i get a person who instalocks ekko a milisecond after the lobby opens. so i quit the lobby and decide the only way im ever goign to get to play ekko is in teambuilder. which obviously isn't ideal to start vs player but since she so damn op anyways and i can pretty much assume every bot game everyone is goign to fight for ekko i tried a teambuilder...

so here is the bug

i get an error that says: Warning: due to the number of lobbies you have left in a short peroid of time you are restricted form playing teambuilder.

ok let do the math here i left ONE lobby. i havent even played a game yet. when you make somthing that says "leaving an excessive amount of lobbies in a time peroid" doesn't that kind of imply that its MORE than ONE? i mean really now...

i left ONE thats it. WHY am i restricted?
