Can't rejoin game

My loading screen never launched, so I restarted my game. But now all my screen says is "game is still in progress" with no way to rejoin.

Same issue as well. There are several topics about this on the front page but haven't seen Riot acknowledge it.

This just happened to me! Power flicker in house, pc restarted, relaunched client, game in progress cant reconnect! have signed out and relaunched, logged back in several times. NO LUCK. WTH Riot, fix your client!!
