[Replay/Spectator] Pulsefire Ezreal skillshots invisible level 6+

All of Pulsefire Ezreals skillshots are invisible at level 6+ in spectator mode. This bug sucks because I want to show the Ezreal mains discord server all of my awesome plays but they can't see anything I'm doing. As a result they're less likely to buy the skin, so rito loses cold. hard. $.

Anyway, how to recreate this bug:

1. Open a replay of an Ezreal game where Ezreal is using the Pulsefire Ezreal skin and gets above level 6
2. When he's level 1-5 you can see all skillshots normally
3. After he hits 6, his QWER projectile animations are all invisible and remain invisible for the rest of the game

This will happen 100% of the time
