PLEASE Fix that Sejuani Bug

She's banned in 99% of games but when she isn't, her boar just keeps roaring no matter what, over and over, even if she's dead, in a brush, or not using any abilities.

It's really annoying, please fix this.

ive seen it happen on other champions...its not a sejuaini specific bug.
