Practice Tool dummies don't show true damage

When dealing true damage to the dummies in Practice Tool, while the normal white number will appear, it won't be included in the DPS, Last Hit, or Total numbers under the dummy.

Thanks to the changes to IE and the introduction of Conqueror, this makes it very difficult to get accurate damage output tests.
