in this screenshot you can see I killed the other teams Vayne. But they had a afk J4 and was still able to /Remake even though one of their members were killed.
I thought you can only /Remake as long as a death did not occur???
Another thing I have seen is people losing LP at the post game screen of a game that ended with a /Remake.
First blood will only prevent a remake if it happens before someone leaves. If it happens after someone leaves, then the remake is still valid. Considering that the Jarvan is level 1 and has no items, I'm going to guess he was disconnected from the start. Since he was disconnected before any deaths happen, the remake is valid.
Also, the leaver penalty for a remake is not limited to only the initial leaver. It is given to anyone that is flagged as AFK when the remake happened, and there are certain behaviors that will flag you as AFK even if you don't physically disconnect from the game. These include just standing/running around base doing nothing while waiting for the remake vote. If you do that and then a game is remade, you will be flagged as AFK and take the leaver penalty.

If the j4 gave up a kill and then afk'd then a remake wouldn't be possible. Your teams can kill each other as many times as u want in 3min but still able to pass a vote as long as the afk isn't involved. If that makes sense
