[Renekton's E] Can't Ping.

Hi. I played Renektob in norms to try him out. So basically, when you E you will have a ping like cursor or TP like cursor/mouse pointer thingy and you will not ping. Or you can't take off Lockscreen and move around unless you move your mouse. Just E and E and you will find this bug. Pretty annoying imo and really needs to be fixed.
