canot edit runes pages anymore. (new as of 11/13/17)

i made 5 or so of my own runepages for my champsions.. (not the preset ones)when i went to edit one of them today.. it wouldn't let me

clicking "runes" didn't bring up the runes page and even in champ select al i would see would be the top bar and the close button.

i could not look at or edit any rune page
