[CLIENT] [7.10] Client still does not default to Nvidia card on Optimus laptops

The actual game still uses Nvidia card (like it always has).

Client needs to be setup manually in Nvidia control panel, or it will use the integrated card. This needs to be done every patch (as the file - leagueclientuxrenderer.exe - moves into a new folder every patch).

Please fix. If I forget to do this and load into champ select my client lags like fuck.
