[CLIENT] STILL have to tell my optimus laptop to use the Nvidia card manually on new client.

Note this is client, NOT the game. Game has always used Nvidia card.

The folder changes every patch, so EVERY patch and EVERY mini-patch I have to update my settings. It's really annoying. And I know from talking to Nvidia about other games, if League of gonna use the Nvidia card by default on the new client, that's on you to specifically code it to do so. Otherwise I'll be stuck manually doing this every patch due to your shitty file management (changing folders every patch).
