Rune Pages Continuing to Change in Champion Select

I've brought this up before recently and I'll keep bringing it up until when and if this issue is addressed and fixed.

Because this shit is as game breaking as if a jungle changed their summoner to smite, but then the client decides to change it to some bullshit like cleanse right before entering the game!

So, please fix your shit, Riot!
