[Gameplay] Azir Ult bug (instant CD)

Hi guys, I play over at Garena SEA (PH) and I encountered this bug a couple days ago.

It happens when I am beside a fallen Turret with my passive on. I had a fight with an enemy Akali and she used Twilight Shroud on me so I ulted her towards the bottom wall, at the same time it seems my mouse click on the Turret. Then when I looked at my Ult, it did not go on Cooldown or rather it insta-refreshed. I could not re-cast it thought until my current Ult Soldiers vanished. I pulled off the Ult reset 3 times in this game, once at top and 2 times in mid (at the first and 2nd Turrets respectively.

I think this is very easy to pull off in game. Not sure if this is still an issue though.

I've had a similar experience. I have not noticed any connection to his passive turret, though. In my case, occasionally his ult does not show as going on cooldown (the icon looks like it can be cast, no indication that it can't) but it will not, in fact, cast until the normal cd expires. It seemed to happen most often in mirror matches where there were strange-seeming interaction between my and the enemy Azir's wall, although I think I've seen it other times as well.

Commenting here to say that I have experienced this as well, although I am not quite sure what causes the ult to not go off on cooldown, all I can say is that it usually only does it for the first time it's used. Later on in the game it will go off on cd as normal, but for what ever reason it does not go on CD the first time I use it.

Maybe its because I used it to fast after W+(Q)+E combo? I might try and do some test later and try to repost here, but I hope Riot is aware of this ult cd bug. :( I have to tell my teammates or my friends in game if my "green dot" is up, and sometimes there's moments when you want to go in but you can't because you don't know if your ult is really up or not. x)
